I stopped by from a long day at work. I was at the Bar there watching football. The server/bartender there Brandi was great. Excellent customer service. She was the only person there serving food and drinks. She did it in a very timely manner as well. I recommend this place for a night cap. The rest of the crew enjoyed the evening as well.

I very much enjoyed my extended stay at Hyatt Place. The staff is very friendly, the housekeeping services are great, and it is very quiet and peaceful. I would highly recommend it to my family and friends.

My wife and I stayed at the Hyatt House for the first time on December 23 thru December 25th. We were celebreting our wedding anniversary. We were absolutely blown away! You have an incredible staff! Three of your management team killed us with kindness! - Hospitality 101! Monica qualified us for an upgrade to a suite. How wonderful!!! Emerald and Lorreal upon finding out it was our anniversary sent a bottle of wine, some chocolate with a beautiful card to our room. We are very grateful to your staff for going above and beyond the call of duty to make our stay so memorable! Your facility was also very clean, and we enjoyed your breakfast setting in the morning. We had a great time, and we are definitely returning. We are also telling our friends about our experience at your hotel. Amara & Lisa Diomande.

Very nice hotel! They have multiple room options, one with or without a kitchen and etc. The room was always clean! No bugs or dirty sheets and the staff was friendly! The location is amazing, 5 minutes from a mall and multiple restaurants. I Definitely recommend!
